All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We will communicate any delays or issues with your order promptly.
We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and WhatsApp payments. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
For custom or made-to-order items, a deposit may be required to begin production.
We offer shipping within Saudi Arabia and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and order size. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Due to the nature of our products (bridal gowns and formal wear), we generally do not accept returns on custom orders or items that have been altered.
If there is a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.
We offer customization and alteration services for an additional fee. All customization requests must be discussed prior to order confirmation. Custom orders are non-refundable.
